One of the most prized catches while spearfishing in the area of south Miami is the yellowjack (carangoides bartolomaei). Strong fighters and well shaped fish with excellent flavor, yellowjacks definitely carry all of the 'most wanted' characteristics. Gliding gently toward them is the most appropriate technique. Patience and cold blood will soon bring the biggest of the school in range. In the following scene, DK manages to shoot a good one.
