New IUSA record!

Around mid-summer, our crew member Chris Simatis managed to capture a big leerfish.
After some prompt by editor in chief, he submitted an application claiming the
world record for the specie. Soon his request was accepted and a new world
record added in the long catalogue of iusa.
Here is a small story of that day by Chris:
After a deep session we decided to visit a shallower place. Water was really warm in
the spot but a bit murky. Our object was to find some dentex that usually hunt
there. Unfortunately fish were absent. I was at the surface preparing for my
next dive while I felt a movement in front of me. I thought "What my dive
partner is doing there, he supposed to be just behind me!" I raised my head and
saw the fish about 1,5 meters away from me, moving slowly. Gun followed my view
really calm, and I managed to place I shot in the center of its body. Reel
started to roll really quickly. I tried to manipulate the line but my glove and
then my finger "gained" a deep wound. So I just left the fish to drag me. A few
minutes later a second shot and a mercy killing finally ended the scene.
